I recently had a bedroom carpet fitted by Magic Carpets and I’m happy to recommend them based on my experience. The showroom is not huge but there is a good selection of colours and carpet types. There is no showroom pressure to buy any particular carpet or “special deals” etc. in fact, we had to ask for advice rather than being pestered. We were not encouraged to change our underlay but I knew that what we had was sound. I did feel that we should have been asked if our existing underlay was in good condition. We were offered the chance to take a sample home to check if the colour was right for us and I thought this was excellent. The price of the carpet was fair and was fitted extremely well at the date and time promised.

I had carpets fitted from here a year ago for my old flat and really loved them so I knew that I wanted to get my new carpets from here. Not only are the staff extremely helpful, the carpets are affordable and we even got a free upgrade. The guy who installed my carpets did a fantastic job and they look ace. They were fitted in the span of 4 days which is really quickly! Best carpet company in Crewe for affordability and reliability.
