I recently had a bedroom carpet fitted by Magic Carpets and I’m happy to recommend them based on my experience. The showroom is not huge but there is a good selection of colours and carpet types. There is no showroom pressure to buy any particular carpet or “special deals” etc. in fact, we had to ask for advice rather than being pestered. We were not encouraged to change our underlay but I knew that what we had was sound. I did feel that we should have been asked if our existing underlay was in good condition. We were offered the chance to take a sample home to check if the colour was right for us and I thought this was excellent. The price of the carpet was fair and was fitted extremely well at the date and time promised.

I had carpets fitted in may! The pile has already gone it’s completely flat! I’m a single mum struggling and asked them to quote me something in my price rang! The carpet fitters sprayed glue all over my skirting boards and ruined them the vinyl the layer is paper thin I dropped a mug on the floor and it dented! I called and asked for them to come out and check the carpet as it should last longer than 2 months! They said they would come on a certain day at a certain time! Did they come no they didn’t! They don’t answer the phone! Awful service!! Now I’m stuck with carpets that at destroyed after two months!! And vinyl that is paper thin! Do not use them at all!!

I had carpets fitted from here a year ago for my old flat and really loved them so I knew that I wanted to get my new carpets from here. Not only are the staff extremely helpful, the carpets are affordable and we even got a free upgrade. The guy who installed my carpets did a fantastic job and they look ace. They were fitted in the span of 4 days which is really quickly! Best carpet company in Crewe for affordability and reliability.

I had my carpets fitted in may of this year, I called every week after they were fitted, till they promised to come out in the first week of July but never showed and now do not answer my calls! So now I’m stuck with lifted and bumpy vinyl, and the pile in my carpets has completely gone in every room! Not even six months and all the flooring in my home is ruined! Would never use again as they won’t even bother to help fix it! The vinyl is paper thin throughout. Im utterly devastated.
