Best work experience placement ever, has taught me so much which has helped me at university and I can fix and build computers by myself now. Amazing teacher :)

Jay brought my dying laptop back to life again after a disastrous update which wrecked the operating system. Dropped the laptop off in the morning and brought it home again working the same day. Jay is always my go to place to sort my computers, and once again he proved himself ace, sorting a problem I couldn't resolve after three days of trying.

I would say, make sure you can get in contact with Jay before you get to his place, just to make sure that he is in the building and that he is not busy with another client, etc. Jay is awesome, the guy is well experienced and his place is pretty cool, too. Had a chipped laptop which was stopping my laptop from charging, and he managed to fix it in a second. I didn't give it 5 stars because I have yet to find out if this repair will cause my charging to stall. If it doesn't I will change this to 5 stars :)

Whilst updating my iMac it decided to simply stop and turned into an expensive paper weight. I found Jay online and gave him a call, dropped and collected the same day, my iMac is now functioning with the latest operating system. Needless to say I will be using Jay's expertise for all future projects and repairs. Superb 5 star service.

Great service from Jay, had some issues with my laptop running slowly and he had a look over the memory capacity (free of charge) and recommended what type of capacity I need for my next laptop. Super friendly and helpful, even dropped my laptop off to me on his way home, rather than me having to come back in and collect. Will definitely reccomend and come back for more advice :)
