what transpired to be a minor problem with my printer was dealt with efficiently and promptly and in a friendly manner by a young man at the Crewe branch within 5 minutes or so for which i was most grateful although i was a bit taken aback by the charge. however, because the repair was time sensitive i accepted it without quibble.

Very knowledgeable people, with all the correct diagnostic equipment. Great result on my laptop computer. I would definitely recommend MBS IT for all computer fixing

MBSIT & the staff have been extremely helpful & supportive whilst I’ve gone through the process of changing laptops. The process has been smooth & they’ve kept in touch & responded to questions straightaway.

Have changed this review, on reflection their services were good. Though they were a little slow in responding to messages, though this can be put down to being busy which means they are probably doing a good job.
