Alchemy Dental Practice

Charlotte Cherry is a very lovely, patient, kind, calm and efficient dentist. I am very glad that my appointments were with Charlotte as she was very understanding about dealing with a big, old scaredy-cat. Ellie and Kate are great assistants who always try to put me at ease during treatments. The receptionists are always very helpful too. Only 4 stars because there can be a delay in getting an appointment.

I had an appointment today with Dr Charlotte Cherry who I hadn't seen previously, she was absolutely lovely in every respect. I had an tooth extraction she put me at ease explaining everything to me. I feel very lucky to have been treated by her, her assistants were lovely also.

I had a routine appointment scheduled from previous appointment but received text message 1 month prior to appointment to advise they have cancelled it and to rebook. I phoned and was told that it would be over a month before I could get another appointment. It is the second time I have had an appointment cancelled - the last was less than 24 hours notice

I am a very nervous patient and was dreading my appointment, however Nikita was absolutely fantastic at not only making me feel comfortable, he proceeded at my pace and actually made me relax. Tilly was also exceptionally kind and helped put me at ease, I can’t thank them both enough, I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment, that’s life changing for me!!

Brilliant dental practice always willing to help at short notice as well if they can. Dr Charlotte cherry and her assistant have been great with a problem I have had with my tooth. Friendly professional Atmosphere.
