The Old Surgery Dental Practice

As always, as the late tina turner said, "simply the best." steve has never let me & my family down ever since we came under his care more than 20 years ago. his professionalism & advise are second to none. i highly recommend the old surgery to everyone in cheshire

As always brilliant service from the start to the end. had a different hygienist & she convinced me to buy an electric toothbrush. so only gone an brought an oral-b io6. i would highly recommend this dental practice.

I was referred here, as an anxious patient, for wisdom teeth extraction and i have to say that it is a fabulous place! the receptionists are helpful, attentive and no question was too silly! i could choose a suitable appointment time with no problem and the receptionists even gave me directions as i'd never been to crewe before. there is a spacious waiting room with comfy sofas and a tv. mr healey was amazing. he has a wonderful sense of humour and his calm manner put me at ease immediately and i felt i was in expert, knowledgeable hands. every aspect of the procedure was explained to me and all my concerns and questions were answered. it never felt like anyone was trying to rush to get things done quickly and i appreciated the feeling of a caring environment that this created. mr healey and emily did everything they could to make me feel at ease, even holding my hand throughout the extraction, which i was very grateful for! they were calm, patient and the procedure went so smoothly that i think they are actually magical! the only downside was the lack of parking as it's a tiny area and cars were getting stuck trying to get in and out so we used the retail park, which was very convenient. thank you to all the staff who made my potentially traumatic experience a whole lot less scary!

My initial contact with the surgery was very good. there after i visited the old surgery as an emergency. i saw a dentist called michael. he was very attentive, thorough and gentle. he explained all aspect of the process and what to expect. he carried out an extraction of the root of a tooth and i was without any pain whatsoever! i am a very satisfied patient/client. in my experience, this is an excellent service and would recommend it as such. my gratitude extended to a neighbour who recommended them. thank you
