I'm 41 and i remember these from when I was a kid I was only very young 6 or 7 maybe 8 can't remember my dad contacted Bentley solicitors. just mainly remember getting a cheque when I was 18 mostly lol anyway I got in contact with them again when I was in my mid 20s yep again ended up with a cheque lol and now ive got a ongoing road traffic accident with them that was not my fault so expecting summat decent hopfully. I did have carpenters dealing with this road traffic accident at first due to getting recommended by insurance hastings but that was not good experience with carpenters due to no contact hardly and a very unprofessional woman dealings with my case. Never again. Anyway I was scared to move my case to another solicitor so was putting up with this rude unprofessional woman until I contacted her manager. But then I was stressed worrying about my ongoing case I was upset and not trusting carpenters with my ongoing case anymore. I remembered Bentley solicitors so I rang them and spoke to a man with same name as me Shane lol what a great start hey. anyway in my younger days he wasn't with the firm then I don't think but I stated I had history with them and he stated mr bently he's retired now etc. He also stated there not a massive firm but they get the best and right results etc. Well this is what I remembered with having history with them in the past they get results so that will do for me. Shane seems to be a decent loyal man who get results so glad to have Bentley solicitors dealing with a case for me again.

I have recently been successful with an NHS claim for negligence and Gwyn has dealt with this for me. Throughout the painless process he has kept me informed and he himself is approachable, friendly and extremely patient. I am really pleased with the outcome and have no hesitation in recommending Bentleys particularly Gwyn.
