Jade,hannah, tracey and emily are all wonderful. they are so professional and have been nothing but helpful,polite and shown a real dedicated passion for selling our house and been simply fantastic at delivering an unparalleled excellence in customer service. we haven’t sold our house yet and they’ve been simply wonderful. we found they valued our house fairly, and have not over valued it to gain our custom. i would absolutely recommend bridgfords. their employees are simply wonderful

Dealt mainly with hannah at the crewe branch. dealing with demanding and bossy people must be hard but she kept her cool and assisted me to the best of her ability through the whole process (which was a lengthy one!). would definitely recommend!

We cannot fault the service that bridgford's have provided us at all. from the moment we first contacted them for a valuation to every communication afterwards, they have been great. we rung on tuesday, had a valuation on the wednesday (which was a cancellation) and by friday evening our house was on the market. we had around 8 viewings booked in over the weekend and by the following week it was sold just over the asking price without all of the viewings taking place! tracy was great at getting the valuation and advertising completed, and we also need to mention jade in the office keeping us up to date at every step, nothing was too much trouble. it took us around nine weeks to exchange and complete using them and their recommend solicitor (our property was vacant and end of chain). compared to other phone calls made to alternative agents and the valuations (or rather lack of anything forth coming to get a valuation done), bridgford's have been great and we won't hesitate to call them in the future if we need to sell a property.

Professional and helpful, while at the same time breaking down all the complex parts of property selling into understandable language. we mostly dealt with jade but tracy and hannah are always on hand to help when jade was on viewings or out of office and can say that they are all very approachable and good at what they do. the property market can be a very emotional and tough place to navigate through, but i can recommend bridgfords as a good agent to get your property sold with. the house was also properly valued as verified in the subsequent surveys.
