I used Roach's Roaster for a corporate event for 300 people, in the middle of a muddy field! They were fantastic. Well prepared for the job and the challenges that being 'off-grid' might throw at us. They gave generous sized helpings, the food was delicious and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.
