I used roach's roaster for a corporate event for 300 people, in the middle of a muddy field! they were fantastic. well prepared for the job and the challenges that being 'off-grid' might throw at us. they gave generous sized helpings, the food was delicious and nothing was too much trouble. would highly recommend.
