tjs Fish and Chips

Went for fish and chips while waiting for a train in Crewe. Great little place with the owner being really chatty and nice. Food was great and served in a proper plate as we were able to sit inside. 2 mins walk from the station and right on top of Football stadium too. Would certainly visit again 👍

Probably the best 'fast food' I have ever been to. The fish&chips I had was superb; the owner does everything to make his customers happy. I guess I was lucky that I missed a connecting train in Crewe, so I had a chance to discover this place.

I didn’t have much expectations for the fish and chips in the area as the last time I had it in England, it was just okay. I grabbed the haddock and chips which were made fresh. The fish was seasoned with salt and vinegar (no tartar sauce) and I enjoyed it a lot. The portion size was also generous. Unfortunate, I didn’t get to try it fresh (I had a ten minute walk before I got to eat) but I would definitely come back and hopefully try it fresh.

Delicious and just incredible. By far the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. The fish was even better than some fish I’ve had at Michelin star restaurants in France. The cook is lovely and really nice, highly recommend!

Was searching for a place to eat and google led me here.The owner was very nice and gave me more food than I paid for. 😃The fish and chips tasted great. It was a nice experience overall.
