Personal Flowers

I received an aqua bouquet of beautiful flowers from my best friend, made up and delivered by Personal Flowers Crewe, 11 days later the 4 pink irises and white rose had wilted and never blossomed, very disappointing. I rang Personal Flowers and advised them of this and they were extremely sorry for the disappointment. Arrangements were made to deliver new irises and rose that day. They arrived and to my surprise there were 12 irises, absolutely beautiful. I cannot recommend this company enough, customer service is at the foremost of their thinking and I wish them every success in the future. I will definitely use them and tell my family and friends about them.
