From our initial conversation with Emma to our communication with Sharon prior to the funeral and on the day itself, my daughter and I felt listened to and that our wishes were always respected and encouraged. There were frequent phone calls both beforehand and afterwards, to check that we were aware of any developments or even just to see how we were coping. I would definitely recommend this funeral service.
