Been with Bluebird for a couple months now and I couldn't of asked for a better team. Despite having no previous experience in care, I've been provided with full training and 24 hour support with further training available if needed or on request. Nothing is every too much trouble and the customers are the sweetest!

I started working for Bluebird about 6 weeks ago and they have been amazing! Even through the pandemic training was so done with so much detail. The training is also on going with lots of support no matter the level. Before officially starting Bluebird kept in contact with me and made sure I was on the right track with everything. Nothing was to much and no question was to silly. Happy I made the decision to work in care and glad I did it with bluebird.

I'm new to care work and feel I couldn't have trained with a better company every single member of staff truly has a passion for care and it's reflected in their work.
