Started my journey 18 months ago. Extreme anxiety and panic attacks from the age of 13. Therapy is life changing and I would advise anyone to start. I first met Henry after finding out my now ex husband had been cheating on me continuously leaving me feeling very insecure about myself, at first I thought I could cope - until one little thing set me off and everything I had pushed into boxes came flooding out. A good friend recommended Henry. After a few sessions Henry had me back feeling great and knowing what had been done to me was not my fault. Forwards from that we have worked on food cravings and recently I have been very privileged to learn from Henry himself on a training course.

I first met Henry when our son was in great need of help with shock and trauma, after witnessing a terrible life changing situation. Henry immediately began treatment, and with my very own eyes I saw my son change. Henry had saved our son and to this day I thank him so very much. I also have treatment from Henry and he is one of the most talented and understanding psychotherapist I have ever met over the 20 years I have had depression. Over the past few months I have noticed a great change in my own thoughts and emotions and feel like 20 years have been lifted from my shoulders. I continue to work with Henry to become the best person I can possibly be. Thank you Henry.
