Called into the crewe shop last week becuse I was having problems setting my citizen watch The staff where very helpful and extremely knowledge one member of staff called Daisy has me to leave it with her called back today all put right no charge thanks Daisy would definitely recommend

From my experience the other day I went to Ernest jones and was greeted with a smile and a very warm welcome. I was looking at buying a watch and they had the one I was looking for, the service was quick and the lady Sarah who helped me answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable I recommend this shop to anyone who wants to buy any jewellery/watches.

I bought a watch today and the ladies there were very welcoming I’m not really good with names but I think it was Jane and Sara. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. It was a really good experience.

Bought watch weds wore it Friday went swimming for 1/2 hour Sunday . returned Tues having stopped and full of water.Manager insisted I had damaged it or snagged it. I explained i hadnt but she wasnt having any of it.Poor customer service skills.She held it up shook it poked on button and it fell off. Claimed iwas responsible when it fell off in her hand as a result of being. It was on when i handed it to her.poked upposed to be water resistant to 5 bar 100 plus feet pool 1.2 meter deep full of water after swimming for less than ten minutes ( photos to prove shown ) poor quality and i didn't like inference I had damaged it. Came with no instructions.or demonstration of how to use buttons on side told me to look instructions up.on line Good job i took out extra ins which she told me is now void. I have to pay again to insure it. It was faulty when i had it. Service like that avoid the place . I was made to feel stupid . Boss watch not cheap either Not happy with customer service from instore staff. ( MANAGERESS)
