Called into the crewe shop last week becuse i was having problems setting my citizen watch the staff where very helpful and extremely knowledge one member of staff called daisy has me to leave it with her called back today all put right no charge thanks daisy would definitely recommend
From my experience the other day i went to ernest jones and was greeted with a smile and a very warm welcome. i was looking at buying a watch and they had the one i was looking for, the service was quick and the lady sarah who helped me answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable i recommend this shop to anyone who wants to buy any jewellery/watches.
I bought a watch today and the ladies there were very welcoming i’m not really good with names but i think it was jane and sara. i was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. it was a really good experience.
