I have visited John Pass this morning and could not praise the team more highly for what they did for me. The removed a ring which sadly had yesterday been damaged at the hospital. They went above and beyond to help me. I could not recommend them more highly and will be returning to get the ring resized and also to purchase from in the future. I had not visited the store in 20 years before I had moved away. Coming back, realising that high level service never dies and quality is always quality. Fantastic team. Thank you so much.

Had my eternity ring mended. New shank ( broken), apparently the front settings were also broken in places;, I have had my ring for 26 yrs so I'm not surprised and it's never been off my finger and had a lot of wear. Pass Jewellers have done a fantastic job and it is now back on my hand looking as good as new. Thank you.

We had a new battery and pressure test recently at the Newcastle store and couldn’t be happier with the service. We dropped off and collected 15 minutes later and the staff were knowledgeable and super pleasant

Absolutely amazing experience Steve was a delight to deal with as always and knows his stuff on watches. I bagged a couple of pandora deals for xmas shopping too. Happy all around.
