Recova Sports Massage

I had my first ever sports massage with Mitch today, he's lovely, warm and welcoming which made me feel at ease instantly. I have suffered with back pain for nearly 13 years and never really found anything that has eased the pain. But today I left my appointment after my massage and hot & cold therapy, feeling incredible with next to no back pain! I have already booked my next session and plan to be a regular client, I 1000% recommend Mitch.

I went to see Mitch with a sore back and shoulder. Mitch was welcoming and really friendly. He was knowledgeable about his profession and got straight to work on me. There was no messing about and Mitch got straight in there with plenty of pressure hitting all the right spots. Mitch gave a proper sports massage and I came away feeling so much better, even after just one session.
