Hello, my name is Jack and I have been dealing with Hayley Sharpes. The process to buy the house I wanted was very long and tiresome but I strongly believe that there was no one better to deal with such a complicated case than Hayley. Emma and her team at HSW recently helped me with a civil claim. Throughout, they provided clear and easy to understand advice on what actions I needed to take. I am saddened at the communication skills or lack of between this solicitors and my own. 20 days to reply to an email. ( By the time they responded there were 3 emails).A snail could do this quicker. And to not respond to the content of the email either. Refusing to communicate or respond with my solicitor on the phone. Making a house sale an absolute nightmare and causing totally unwarrented stress for all parties involved. I thought better of them. I am well aware I am not a client as in your reply. No where did I say I was. Could you tell me which part of this is not factual please.

Our dedicated solicitor, Claire, was exceptional throughout; always ensuring communication was up to date, supported us through all of our questions and negotiations, and just generally being a pleasure to work with. Could not recommend them more!

Pat who I initially dealt with was absolutely fantastic and really helpful. Unfortunately Emma who I communicated with subsequently on a different issue really was not and showed no interest in wanting to assist in the issue I had. Emma's communication was nearly as poor as the quality of her handwriting... Would be a 1* rating had it not been for Pat who really does deserve 5*'s.
