Ego at The Fox, Haslington

Friendly efficient staff. Good menu choice. Sunday lunch meal deal looks good. Mushrooms and pate starter nice. Quite pricey for what you got. Then chicken piri piri and chorizo hanging kebab (blurred pic) which came with 2 tortilla wraps and the BF had the fillet steak. All very lovely. Will definitely return to try the Sunday lunch. Nice tidy and spacious restaurant and down to earth waiters.

We recently held a wake at Ego at the Fox following my father in law's funeral. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional from the outset. The booking process was very easy and arrangements on the day were excellent. The quality and quantity of the food was very good. Thanks to all at Ego for making such a sad day a little easier for us.

1st time visiting here and it was fab. Staff were so polite and helpful. Food was amazing. Drinks were nice. Overall ambience was perfect. Will definately be visiting again. Would highly recommend.
