I've been working with lee at mab for purchasing my first home. at every step of the way if i had any questions about what to do or when he always responded quickly and with accurate information.

Lee at mortgage advice bureau has been absolutely amazing with helping us to secure a mortgage during such an uneasy time. as first time buyers we had a million questions and little knowledge on how to begin applying, and lee has made the process so straight forward and easy to deal with. he is very down to earth and completely genuine, he answered all our queries and was ready at the drop of a hat once we'd found a property to purchase. i would recommend him to anyone looking for help with a mortgage and we will definitely be coming back in future.

I first asked lee for help when looking at gaining a mortgage as a first time buyer. a no obligation meeting with him helped put me on the right track to save and prepare, so years down the line when i was ready to move ahead, i was very happy to work with lee to buy my property. lee is honest and to the point, which i have appreciated as he has helped me be realistic and have the information that i needed as someone starting out with no knowledge. his support has been flexible and understanding, with good humour and patience (something i presume you must need a lot of to work in this role!) i've felt that working with mab has given me access to a greater range of options as well as the support to make the best decisions. very glad i made the decision to go with lee at mortgage advise bureau.

Lee was incredibly helpful at every point throughout the process. i was a first time buyer that was very unsure on the majority of the processes, but lee was there at every step to calmly and clearly explain what to do. he got me a very good deal on the mortgage and explained all the finer points in simple details. don't think i would have been able to sort it all or that it would have been so simple without him. i would definitely recommend using him if like me you are a first time buyer who is unsure of all the steps needed when buying a home.
