Boots Opticians Crewe - Queensway

I have been going to boots opticians in crewe for over 10 years and i have always found their service to be excellent. i attended for my routine appointment last weekend and found the staff to be friendly and the optician was very thorough, taking time to explain everything to me. covid safety was very good too. thank you

I was not expecting a positive experience after reading the latest reviews posted. however my experience was a very positive one. the staff were friendly, courteous and professional. the optician took her time to explain all my options and how each option would give slightly different results. i have a further appointment to have education on fitting and using contact lenses for the first time. i will update my review after my next appointment, but so far a definite thumbs up.

Good service but annoyed i wasn’t given option to choose lenses i could afford, sales assistant said £240 on the lens that the optometrist has recommended! he might have chose them for himself, but i had no say in which lenses i could afford so not bought any

I received a very warm welcome from mike who was great as was nick at the first set of tests , then on to claire the optician who was very patient and interested in my fnd diagnosis . the whole team where great at helping me though what a was entitled to , made me feel comfortable and i am looked forward to collecting my new glasses soon. also nice to see a very clean and well looked after showroom . thank you all again stuart cox
