We went there for an eye test. very thorough and complete. number of tests were carried out and compared with last year's results. priced slightly higher than others maybe but i felt the quality was worth it.

Excellent optician, and far more trustworthy than the national high street chains. sherratt's sorted two problems that neither specsavers nor vision express were able to: a slight astigmatism in one eye that, upon gillian's prescription, was corrected and resulted in a new contact lens prescription that was better than i'd ever had before; and correction of my reading prescription through the right varifocals - specsavers were useless despite spending about £300. sherratt's prescription did the trick. yes, you pay a bit more but it's worth it in the knowledge that you're getting the best product.

Have been going here for years. superb customer service and products. always patient, friendly and helpful. never pushy. feel very much in safe hands.

I've been going here for around 5 years. prices are a little bit more than average but they're well worth it. good customer service. staff aren't pushy. the only negative is parking can sometimes be tricky, but sainsbury's is only a few minutes away.

I have found the service at sherratt opticians to be excellent . the staff are friendly and efficient. i called in today with a problem with my spectacles. they sorted the problem out very quickly. so a very big thank you. i would highly recommend sherratt's for your eye tests and spectacles eric hughes
