Recommended - less than 1/2 a day from call to response to removal! Paul Jones was friendly, efficient and, as I have never dealt with a wasp nest before, answered all the questions I asked about the queen, the queen grubs etc. Excellent value including free education! Very fast very good!!! We had a problem with rats, council couldn't attend for 2 weeks council gave us pestguard northwest crewes number, they were great, just a pity I'm paying my council tax and they don't want to be as quick as they should.
