5 star, Amazing service. When you think you have a pest problem the first thing you do is panic. I would recommend this company to anyone with a pest concern. They are calm and professional and have a quick response time. They guide you through what steps need to be taken in a calm manner. I also felt reassured and confident I was not going to be ripped off. They are reasonably priced and much cheaper than spending money on products when they may not help. If I have have another pest control concern I will ring immediately.

Iain of pestguard responded to my call regarding a wasp nest in my loft very quickly. He was at my address within 10 minutes. He was very reassuring and professional providing me with a business card to identify himself. He investigated the site of the wasp nest and explained to me what he had found and discussed his proposals to deal with it. He then dealt with the nest and and removed it safely. I would thoroughly recommend pestguard to remove pests.

Ian came to sort out our wasp problem a few hours after I contacted Pest Guard. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He was also very reassuring given that I’m not a big fan of wasps. After sending a message via Facebook a very quick response was given. Neil attended and swiftly dealt with our wasps nest within the roof space. He left the area very tidy and we were very happy with the outcome.

Ian from Pestguard Northwest came out at very short notice on a Saturday to investigate house sparrows trapped in our kitchen ceiling. He was highly professional and knowledgeable and had all of the gadgets and tools to locate the chicks and carefully remove them. The job took longer than expected, especially when two of the chicks moved but this wasn’t a problem for Ian who was concerned for the bird’s welfare and safe extraction.
