Do not use. Absolute rip off and very unprofessional. We used Chandra for teeth cleaning, upon collection she said that he needed more work. I said fine no problem as his teeth were quite bad and I thought it will take few times before they are done she has hand him over at the gate so I couldn't see what was done as it was dark. When we got home I looked and nothing has been done they are as bad as when I dropped him firts. I contacted her the next day- said I wasn't expecting perfection but improvement and there is non and that we want a refund. She refused and started sending unprofessional messages saying I threatened her just because I said I will let people know in reviews as she doesn't want to refund so we can go elsewhere and have it done properly. Also the session is only 30 min which is way to short in my opinion. Everywhere else it tends to be an hour. Wasted time and money. Very disappointed but she doesn't care.

My girls love their trip to Chandra at Groomyz. They go every 8 weeks and I really trust her with my dogs. I have been to several groomers / dental specialists over the 45 years of having dogs in our family. She is one of the best if not The best, I am extremely fussy and I will highly recommend. She has my dogs best interests always at heart. They are family to her too. When we lost one she was as devastated as us.
