The Groom Room Crewe

The ladies at the Groomroom are lovely. They love our little dog we take there and he is very comfortable. We had let our dogs coat grow long and we were apprehensive on getting him cut because we didn’t want him to lose his character. They did a ‘cocker cut’ on him. He looked so good and we were very impressed with his cut, so neat and exactly what we asked for. Came out looking handsome and with a wagging tail. 100% recommend.

Fantastic, friendly service - our labrador pup was returned looking, feeling and smelling amazing! The cute bandana was the perfect finishing touch, will be booking in regularly in future!

Never taking my rescue dog here again. Louise is fantastic but the others who work there I couldn’t be more disappointed. My dog now is petrified of the groomers as she had to go with the others when Louise was off. I went to pick her up the first time she went and she stunk. Who handled her when putting her harness on did not wash their hands when they went the toilet. I know that smell it makes me physically ill. She on this occasion was cut wrong aswell as being petrified and couldn’t wait to get out of there. I explained when I went in she is a rescue, very timid and really doesn’t like loud noises. I’m sad I had to deal with the others who to get an appointment with Louise. The rudeness I was met by on the phone was the straw that broke the camels back. Not using a commercial groomer ever again they don’t genuinely care about your dog unless you have a rare one like Louise. She is a credit and probably the only one that’s keeping that groomers going.

Last time we use the full groom service with another staff is ok but this time we use the bbb service with the impolite staff and complain my dog is silly. When I pick up my dog I feel his hair is not completely dry. Actually I have been using this groom room for several times and now is time to say goodbye.

My dog loves the groom room at Crewe and so do I, Morag is an excellent stylist, we’ve been going every month for 2 years and have always had a good experience, I highly recommend.
