I received fantastic treatment and a recovery plan from Michelle for a grade 2B calf tear. When I contacted Michelle I was in the worst pain I’ve experienced. I was non weight bearing and struggling to get around. Michelle assessment was perfect backed up by a private scan I opted to have to rule out blood clots as they’re in my family. I had no blood clots and Michelle estimated around 5cm and it was. Michelle also had great contacts for a scan to take place in Wistaston. The treatment I’m receiving from Michelle in my visits and my homework which was emailed to me with instructions and images has definitely helped. I’m six weeks in and now walking…although I know I’ve got a fair few weeks ahead of me yet but I’m doing as I’m told! Ha ha On top of all that, she is lovely. Explains what’s happening, discusses options and makes you feel at ease. Highly recommend.

I have been with Cheshire sports therapy now a while and have had a number of sports injuries rehabilitated to full recovery and fitness. My physio is Tom and has worked me through all of these injuries showing excellent knowledge in all aspects of each rehabilitation. Not only that he is down to earth easy to talk to and genuinely is interested in you and your rehab being a success. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough if you needing any sort of rehabilitation.

I first started seeing Michelle for an ongoing knee injury I had … I had seen lots of physios and specialists but never really felt I was getting anywhere. Michelle didn’t just treat my knee she explained about what was going on and how other factors contributed. From this I know see Michelle weekly as I feel treatment is a key part to my training programme for my own personal goals I highly recommend Cheshire Sports Therapy. I have been seeing Michelle for treatment for a few years now,I have always found her very professional,friendly and very competent in dealing with any of my physical health issues. Michelle will treat my injuries with sports massage,also giving me very worthwhile advice along with exercises for me to do at home.
