Bespoke Lettings

Extremely slow to sort what little issues they eventually did fix. Had to keep chasing up and was repeatedly fobbed off. Ended up fixing some issues myself and was transferred (with very short notice) to another letting agency. Their last solution to my issues was to recommend letting elsewhere instead of being transparent about why they weren't fixing the issues I had. Staff were friendly when I spoke over the phone and in person.

So disappointed with the way we have been treated. Over 5 years renting through this company, paid our rent on time, let them do the inspections as soon as they asked to, were flexible when they couldn't get someone out to fix our boiler and actually I ended up fixing the boiler myself on facetime to a plumber. We gave our notice, we ran 2 houses so we could ensure that the old house was perfect for when we handed back the keys. As you can imagine 5 years with 2 young children. We was at the house every day cleaning, tidying, maintaining doing grass etc. Carpets cleaned. Professionally painted. The lot. We was told we'd be getting £531 back from our £721 from our deposit due to things the landlord was unhappy about. One being the garden gate that they instructed someone to take down due to concerns it was unsafe. Without any update as to why. Mutiple times we have tried to make contact to get an explaination. They have only returned £387.05 of our deposit to us. We have been fobbed off for the last 2 months. Every time we have called oh there not here ill get them to call you back. Every time we havent been called back. We have called mutiple times a week. To be told the girl on the phone can't at all help. Not only is our time being wasted being fobbed off. We are being messed about with our money. I would like some answers although its too late as we have forcible had to accept the lower amount of money.

I rented a property managed by Bespoke lettings for 12 months and cannot praise the team enough. Any issues were quickly rectified with no issues, communication was maintained consistently and any queries were answered with no hassle. Would definitely look to rent with them again.

Great company to deal with, nothing is too much for them. all of the staff are friendly, helpful and always pleasant. rented via Bespoke for 2 years and never had a problem. Sharon, Lauren and Zoe are brilliant. thank you and the rest of the team. Regards Brian
