Leaders

I'm unsure if it was all down to Leaders or just simply miscommunication with the landlord. Still, often, my time spent in their hands seemed like it was often more difficult than it needed to be! I few examples can be given, such as being sent credit control warnings about money I owed them when the no deposit option hadn't be included in my latest statement or wasn't made as clear as it could've been! Also, when my landlord finally changed agencies, I was given another credit control about not paying that month's rent even though I'd already been informed of the switch before this date. I'd already been moved over, admittedly I rang them and they informed me straight away I didn't owe that money so fair enough! Sometimes, the more minor issues within the household as a tennant don't seem to be priority, and you would send an email in January only for the work to be done in May or June. Again, I'm not sure if it's the landlord or leaders taking their time to decide on whether the work needs doing. Another issue I pointed out was having to have an extension lead on my kitchen unit for months, which to me is a health and safety risk however, the photos on this issue were just ignored. Ultimately, it seems depending on what the landlord says Leaders are powerless puppets unable to get stuff done. I will give credit where credit is due though when something disastrous happens they were able to fix my kitchen ceiling that fell through due to the bath having no seal on it in the first place when we moved in. I obviously didn't notice and neither did my then partner and it appears neither did Leaders before we moved in! Finally I have to mention the countless weeks waiting on a fridge when my fridge freezer broke, it must have been at least three weeks!

Absolutely dreadful from the start. We rented out our property in Crewe with South & Co in 2013, after having to leave the area. They were brilliant. Unfortunately they sold to Leaders a few years ago, and we’ve had nothing but problems since. Appalling communication and a basic lack of consideration in all areas. Very basic things, like getting more than one quote when there is work to be carried out, are ignored. They seem to have such a high turn over of staff that no one has a decent level of knowledge or understanding about your property. They seem to be allowing the current tenants to damage the property and expect us to pay out time and time again. Leaders are currently causing me so much stress, I’d rather sell it than carry on with them managing it! Please, do yourself a favour and find a management company who actually know what they’re doing and care!

I’ve raised a maintenance request regarding proper sealing of tiles in bathroom which is causing a leak. Although one of their contractors turned up weeks after I raised the issue, nothing has been done so far to fix the issue. It has been almost 2 months now. I’ve never seen an agency that doesn’t even care to maintain their property. Such a worst experience.

We used Leaders to sell our property recently, they were very professional and helpful. Andrew was very knowledgeable about the local market and current trends and was invaluable in liaising with our buyer’s solicitors to get the exchange over the line

Bad service. They don't know how to maintain their resources. We have reported a bathroom maintenance 1 months, none of Leaders maintenance team came to us as of now. We have recieved multiple email saying that our team will contact you blah blah blah. Apart from emails, no one turned up. Not only maintenance, their service is very bad in most of the thing they offer.
