Atrocious agency, lack of communication between them, the business and the client so when you show up to do another shift you get told by the business the classic "Oh, didn't the agency call you or text you?. We don't need you anymore sorry". Had this happen a few times, absolutely appalling agency. Won't go with ever again for job prospects.
