Lovely staff and great service in the cafe

I've seen some dreadful care homes but this place is like a piece of heaven.

Over the last few years we have been constantly amazed by the attitude of everyone at Belong. You are greeted with smiles and made to feel welcome, regardless of whether you are living there or visiting. During the various lockdowns we were kept up to date with what was happening with our family member and, as soon as it was allowed, face to face visiting resumed. We didn't know anything about Belong until we had to find a care home - so glad we found them. If we could give 10 stars we would.

My mum has been welcomed into the belong community with unconditional love and joy. She has settled into her household effortlessly and is supported by all the outstanding staff who radiate genuine care and happiness. Everyone is committed to ensuring a 5 star service to residents, their families and friends and in our case our little dog who is treated like a celebrity! I am so pleased to know that mum is so well looked after and reassured that her care is the very best. Thank you so much
