I've had the livery on the side of my cars for 15 years or so and used zero signs for the first time a couple of years ago. it was an expensive job compared to previous company's i'd used but the workmanship was a lot better and well worth paying a bit more for in my opinion.
Please see zerosigns and digital ltd on facebook for more great reviews. hello my name is ben i am joint director with my father geoff who has been in the business for over 45 years. i would like to respond to the review by mr adams. this customer contacted zero signs for a quote on some prints and said he would like to do business with zero signs as he had a disagreement with his previous supplier. this comment automatically rang alarm bells, but as a paying customer a quote was done and he accepted. when mr adams called into zero signs to hand over his artwork he was asked for payment as he was a non account customer and his comments and attitude to this was that he had never paid in advance for his goods and commented that zero signs may not do his work to a satisfactory standard to which the office manager pointed out that the years of experience and printers which zero signs had would be to a high standard and we would ensure as a customer he was satisfied. mr adams did agree to pay 50% and apologised if he had offended in any way and was okay when he left the office. later in the afternoon a call came in from mr adams again to say that he felt the terms and conditions on the quotation were not clear and we should make amendments. the office manager said his comments would be passed to ben caldwell who would contact him the following day. .payment was not taken as the quantity of prints had changed and a new quote was required. mr adams was contacted the following day as advised but again his comments were about payment and the office manager. mr adams was advised of his job if he still wished to proceed, but due to the late call on friday was asked to call again on monday. mr adams called on the monday but unfortunately his attitude had not changed and geoff caldwell refused the work. i would like to say the staff at zero signs are always polite and helpful to our customers and feel that with mr adams the payment matter was an issue and his attitude was noted by other members of staff within the office. we are extremely surprised by this review but the customer is always right!! i wonder how his previous supplier would feel about his comments!!!
We use ben and the team on a regular basis, they do everything you expect from a professional print company. competitive prices, high quality printing and excellent customer service. flexible around our needs, and on the odd occasion tight deadlines they work hard to hit the tight deadlines that our customers sometimes give to us.
Very impressed with the fast communication, the skill of the installer and the finished result. would highly recommend.
