My train was cancelled from crewe and i was travelling with my two year old on a very important journey so i was feeling very stressed. chris couldn’t have been kinder; i was so relieved! he sourced a car seat for me, helped with the pram, so calming and practical and helpful. if i could give ten stars i would! really helped me out and with the nicest attitude. got me all the way to north shropshire calmly and was a great communicator. thank you so much!
