TUI Holiday Store (Inside NEXT)

This is now the 4th time booking through TUI. Three of them were with Chloe within a short period of time. ( one 24 hours after we got off the plane ) All the team are amazing, polite and welcoming. Great at explaining the process of the booking, extras and giving advice on location/time Hats off to Chloe as I made the booking very hard for her with throwing in extras like parking and insurance as a whole booking. Very interactive with our sons age 4 and 9 months. Definitely recommend booking with the TUI team. No doubt I will be back soon :)

Thanks to Jordan for his help and advice with a query we had about our Tui holiday that we had booked online. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and patient, we will definitely book our next holiday in store rather than online. So convenient being within the Next store too.

Top marks to Chloe at the Crewe store for all her hard work. I had quite a long list of "must haves" before I would consider booking the holiday. Unfazed, Chloe fulfilled all of my requirements and recommended a hotel that suited us 100%. She was informative, professional and friendly. Really glad I went to the store instead of booking online. Chloe's personal touch and knowledge made it a much better experience.

Gorgeous store really lovely and bright, cute comfortable booths to sit in and talk about your holiday. We recently booked a holiday here and we’re helped by Emma H, we had less than a week to go before we wanted to depart and she managed to find us an excellent deal. She listened to what we wanted, our budget, and needs and found us a lovely holiday at a fantastic price. We will definitely be back and thanks again for your help. Highly recommend
