Dolly has been going here every month since she was 8 weeks old. She is now 2 yes old. When she sees her nurse, she escapes me and actually runs to her. Lovely nurse's and a very relaxing atmosphere. ❤️ Lovely receptionist called John who really looks after you. Makes you feel at ease. Dolly has had no bad experiences there. She is quite happy to visit.

Cant even be bothered writing a long review but basically I called very worried about my dog (an emergency situation) and I don't feel it was taken seriously. Complete lack of empathy and were too busy to help apparently.....that's after taking up my time to ask me my details ... while my dog is potentially slowly dying on the floor from a poisonous substance.

Very bad experience here. Took 2 fit & well sister kittens to be spayed, not 6mths, one never recovered. Sadly had to say goodbye 2 days later. Was it negligence? Was it an underlying health issue? Who knows - but it was devastating. No sincere apologies recd. No empathy. No sympathy card. When we collected the casket with our babies ashes, the name was spelt incorrectly. Would we ever return : NO, Would we ever trust any vet again : NO ... The 2 stars are for the Vet who looked after her in her final hours as she did so with care, knowledge & compassion - sadly all too late.

Alexandro at Crewe was so professional & caring with my very poorly boy Hugo on Wed 9/8/2023, then Nick at Nantwich early hours of Thursday, 10/8/2023 was extremely compassionate, patient & understanding.... couldn't have asked for better care in my babies last hour of need.

I was extremely worried about my cat, called the vets and they got me an appointment within the hour. Once at the vets I was seen more or less straight away by a lovely young vet. She was calming, professional and knowledgeable. I felt like she actually cared. I was worried about the cost but the team were very understanding but in a tactful way. Thank you so much to the amazing vet lady and the lady’s on the desk. You have given me faith in vets again, and I feel with you guys the priority is the animal and not the money.
