Dolly has been going here every month since she was 8 weeks old. She is now 2 yes old. When she sees her nurse, she escapes me and actually runs to her. Lovely nurse's and a very relaxing atmosphere. ❤️ Lovely receptionist called John who really looks after you. Makes you feel at ease. Dolly has had no bad experiences there. She is quite happy to visit.

Alexandro at Crewe was so professional & caring with my very poorly boy Hugo on Wed 9/8/2023, then Nick at Nantwich early hours of Thursday, 10/8/2023 was extremely compassionate, patient & understanding.... couldn't have asked for better care in my babies last hour of need.

I was extremely worried about my cat, called the vets and they got me an appointment within the hour. Once at the vets I was seen more or less straight away by a lovely young vet. She was calming, professional and knowledgeable. I felt like she actually cared. I was worried about the cost but the team were very understanding but in a tactful way. Thank you so much to the amazing vet lady and the lady’s on the desk. You have given me faith in vets again, and I feel with you guys the priority is the animal and not the money.
