Absolutely love attending Emma`s classes! I have been going for over five years and whether it be Rockbox, Clubbercise or Flow, at the end of the hour I always feel better than I did when I arrived!!

Been going to Emma’s Classes for just over 4 years. Emma is a great teacher and there is always great positive atmosphere in her classes. Be it Clubbercise, Rockbox or flow there is something that all ages, abilities and gender can enjoy!
