No complaints whatsoever. Requested an appointment on Sunday after our oven stopped working, got a callback first thing Monday morning to schedule an appointment for the following day. The engineer arrived on time, then diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty part all within half an hour for a reasonable price.
The engineer was polite, got the job done quickly and the price was ok. Overall, a good experience.
