Outstanding knowledge and assistance. I've shopped here for replacement euro cylinders twice now. This time I thought I had a problem when I installed myself (turned out I didn't actually have one!) and the team were so patient and helpful with my ignorance - local business at its finest, tks all!

Wonderful service. Staff are polite and responsive and the jobs we needed were done within twenty four hours without a single complaint. Outstanding all round. Would not hesitate to use them again in future.
