Yoga with Bernadette

Bernadette is an experienced yoga teacher in the Iyengar tradition. Each walk-in class is distinctive, and avoids being too earnest. I feel really stretched and extended during the class, and have a sense of wellbeing afterwards.

Bernadette is a fantastic Yoga teacher. She gives great instructions to help you learn the poses and correct alignment. Classes are challenging and also relaxing, I always feel amazing afterwards.
