Olly fitted a multi split air conditioning system to our house almost 2 years ago. 2 of the 3 indoor units functioned perfectly from day one. The third unit malfunctioned almost immediately. Olly returned several times and fitted new parts provided by the supplier before eventually diagnosing the issue himself and advising the supplier what the problem was and what part was required to fix it. He fitted the part that he had requested and since then all 3 units have performed as they should have from day one. The faulty part that was causing the issue was no fault of Olly's and it was only due to his professional manner and persistence that the issue was resolved. We now use the system more than the central heating despite the house being less than 8 years oId and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Olly's company APEX for any air conditioning or similar works.

Olly did a great job with our AC installation. We had 2 other companies look at it and said it couldn’t be done. Olly explained how it could be achieved, quoted for it and promptly got it sorted. Nothing was too much trouble and we really felt he cares about what he does. Would highly recommend.

Apex Air Conditioning installed a/c units in our new loft conversion and downstairs open plan living space, including an outdoor unit linking the two and future proofing if we wanted more units added to the house. The process went a bit like this: I contacted them, Olly came at the arranged time, shortly after he quoted, giving us few options. After sense checking online for the cost we went ahead and placed the order. Again Olly and his team came at the arranged time and carried out the installation. It was an incredibly smooth process. The work was tidy and immaculate, respectful of our property, the other builders around them and our family. I would (and have) recommend them to friends and family as we found them to be absolutely perfect in their work. Also the units work perfectly! Thank you 😊

We were looking for an airconditioning (hot/cold) unit for our home but we were considering several options (2-5 units) We spoke to a few companies but Olly and Apex immediately stood out for professionalism and help with picking the most appropriate system for us. Olly is excellent and worked with us, which stood out as some other companies gave a hard sell. We settled on 4 indoor units and it was most efficient (cost and power) to have it installed with one large outdoor unit. From plan to installation to aftercare, Olly and Apex were always very professional and we are very pleased with the finish and system. The units work remotely from an app on our phones and using mounted remote controls which is convenient if we want to heat or cool from anywhere.

Olly and Andy came to install Mitsubishi HI a 7kw & a 12kw multi-split units. Not a small job as we had 7 indoor units to hang and lots of awkward trunking /pipe runs in eves and soffits. All in all, a very friendly and professionally installation. I am especially impressed with Olly who is very careful with the work and has a keen eye for detail - a part I highly recommend. Olly and Andy came with shoe protectors, dust sheets and mobile vacuums, keeping all things tidy and clean at all times. His work is highly rated compared to other tradesmen I come across over the years. Not pushy and very accomodating with all our requirements. Once tested and commissioned, we were shown how to operate each one and answered any questions we had. Needless to day we are happy to get Olly to service our units annually.
