My car was booked in for an MOT test and failed on a minor issue, which has now been rectified. Upon collecting the car this morning, I noticed a scratch about a foot long on the nearside sill which was not there before I took the car into this Garage. When questioning the staff about this damage they then decided to run through all CCTV images of the car in motion; keeping me waiting for the best part of an hour. They found no damage occurred whilst in their care. They denied all responsibility in this matter, when it is clearly obvious, the damage to my my vehicle must have happened whilst the vehicle was in their care. I found the staff most unsympathetic to my concern and instead they continued to play with their computers and virtually ignore me. Not a Garage worthy of recommendation

We’ve used this garage for the last 2 years for out cars MOT and they’re great. Really efficient and friendly. After I collected my car yesterday from its MOT service when I got home a warning light appeared so I went back to the garage today just for some help and advice and they offered to top my coolant fluid up for free! I couldn’t believe it, when is anything ever free these days? We will definitely continue to use this garage.

Took my car down there in September last year when my engine oil was leaking into my coolant. Was really stressing about the fact that I would need to buy a new car. Team kept me calm & fixed up the car which I am still using today. Provided a service I would never get at any other mechanic so will 100% be using them going forward

I would recommend this place. 5/5 Phone in having problems with my skoda, they got my car in the next day. Got the parts on the day and fitted The staff are wonderful, very helpful on the phone with any advice. Prices. your not going to bet them as I tried 3 other places. Would recommend them.

Would prefer to give no stars - booked for MOT today at 9.00 arrived at 8.55 and told to leave the car (I had travelled from South East London on recommendation a couple of years ago) as it would be a couple of hours and then an hour to do MOT. Explained I had booked for 9 and that the MOT would take 45-minutes because I had to be home for 12. Left as there was nothing they could appear to do - will not go back and will not recommend.
