Cycle King Dartford

Took my sonder in to get looked at, after being knocked off my bike. staff looked it over, straightened and tightened her up, and refused payment! thank you for a great service, and on a bank holiday, too!

Very friendly staff, i wish i had come here sooner! after a poor experience buying a bike at a well known toy shop in crayford, i came here just to look at bikes for my other child. the woman in the shop was very helpful, she let my shy 4 year old sit on a bike to check the size and gave me advice on what sort of things to buy - all without any pressure. i’ll definitely be buying our next bike from here, too!

Met chris today. brought my bike in which had issues with the front tyre. he kindly fixed it free of charge. we will be back to get my daughter this bike very soon.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. bought a brand new bike. noticed it had a small scratch on the paintwork,took it straight back in was offered 10% off of money back no quibble. wasn't even a shop issue i think more manufacturers quality control. anyway excellent service

I am 100% happy with the work cycle king dartford has done on my bicycles in the past. chris is, overall, brilliant! he's knowledgeable, personable and helpful. he offers great advice and i listen to him because he knows what he's talking about!! the current staff are also very helpful and knowledgeable. i wouldn't hesitate in recommending cycle king dartford to anyone for their cycling needs. i've been using them for over 11 years and, no, i'm not being paid to endorse their great work! :) thumbs up!
