They deserve 0 rating. The service was very poor!! The client poured bleach on a cleaning mop and felt it was ok to put the mop soaked in bleach in my laundry basket full of clothes. All the clothes were damaged from the bleach. I contacted the management and I am still waiting for a response. There were not apologetic about it. Money wasted, the clothes ruined cost more than the damaged. I will not recommend them to anyone. They have no experience
Hired to clean my flat for end of tenancy, they did an amazing job clearing the flat top to bottom. They're very friendly and would highly recommend.
