Heard a horrible noise from one of my computer fans - gave the pc in to get it checked out and see what could be done, and he found the problem and removed the problematic fan within a few hours! as soon as he got the new fan in, he fixed the problem within 24 hours and installed a new ssd to make the pc run faster! it runs so much faster now and the new fan is keeping my pc a lot cooler than before! a lot cheaper than any chain place like currys etc. definitely recommend pc aid for help

Dave made a home visit to fix our printer, which had a fault we couldn't deal with. he sorting it out straightway, and also put us wifi, so we can now print direct from our iphone. excellent service, reasonable cost.

I messaged pc aid on saturday expecting a reply on monday. dave replied very promptly and arranged to look at my brocken chromebook. the service was fast, efficient and trustworthy. would definitely recommend.
