I can highly recommend John to come and look at any appliances that need repair or attention. We had an issue with our washing machine draining. Tried everything ourselves, read manual, cleaned filter, checked drain pipes etc. John swiftly dealt with what was a deeper blockage and charged what was agreed. Thanks again.

Used John today. He was excellent and I would happily recommend him. He gave us a next day appointment, kept us informed about his arrival time and was here when expected. He diagnosed the fault quickly, had the parts to fix immediately and gave us advice as to what we should expect in the future. He also took the trouble to give us advice on another appliance that had been playing up. His fees and charges were very reasonable and he was professional and friendly at all times, even at the end of a long day. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Top man John! He instantly diagnosed what the issue may have been as I explained him over the phone that the washing machine wasn’t spinning. Booked me in for the day after and changed the brushes on the motor. Within half an hour it was up and running again. The charges were very reasonable too.

John was on time on both occasions he visited and well presented. He quickly diagnosed the motor issue in one oven and sourced the spare part quickly at a fair price. We decided to replace the parts in both of my ovens as a precautionary measure, great explanation and guidance from John throughout, couldn’t recommend highly enough and will be keeping his card for any future issues.
