We had an excellent experience with Gary when we sold and bought through him. Gary was marketing a house on a road we loved, so he kindly arranged a viewing for us, needless to say we fell in love and offered the same day. Our property wasn't yet on the market, but Gary managed to help us secure the house we wanted. We then instructed Gary to sell our property, and it was sold within a week! Unfortunately our buyers ended up withdrawing a few months later, but Gary was quick to jump back on the case and secured us chain free cash buyers. Gary also kept the sellers on standby, and we were able to proceed with buying our lovely house. Thank you Gary for keeping it all together for us, we are extremely grateful!

I can’t recommend Gary and his wife Joselle highly enough. I had seen a property on the market that Gary was selling so I gave him a call to book a viewing. I was still myself looking for an estate agent to advertise our property on the market and after speaking to Gary I decided to book a valuation of our property with him. He came round and had a look at my property and gave me his valuation, everything was explained to me in a clear and concise manner and there was absolutely no pushing on his side to go with him he just said if you need me then give me a call. I was a bit sceptical as this is not your run of the mill estate agent but after having a few other estate agents round I was convinced he was the man for the job. He got our property on the market in no time at all, his wife Joselle done a brilliant job with the photos and the video tour they do of your house (free of charge) really is a game changer in my opinion in getting interest in your property. We decided we wanted to buy the property I mentioned before that Gary had on the market, obviously it was in his interest as it would be a double deal for him but I really felt Gary had our best interests at heart. It might not be for some but the thing that sets Gary apart from other estate agent is he keeps you updated on absolutely everything, his service is tailor made to your needs and is a lot more personal and attentive than dealing with a high street estate agent. We needed a quick sale so we could make an offer on the other property, we requested that he only take viewings for first time or cash buyers and he was brilliant at vetting potential buyers and also has a sharp eye for time wasters. Unfortunately after our first viewings Gary was taken seriously ill and spent 5 and a half months in hospital, due to this his wife Joselle took over the day to day running of the business and she was an absolute superstar. Again Joselle kept us updated on absolutely everything and had to act as peacemaker on a few occasions as the sale/purchase of a property rarely goes smoothly but she stuck to her job diligently and is a real credit to their business. We sold our house for the price we wanted and got the property we were after so I can’t thank them enough for their quick and efficient service in getting this deal done. If you need someone who’s not going to mess you around and offers a high quality tailor made service then Gary and Joselle are the right people for you.
