I used the services of Wisdom Estates to sell my property and their communication has been excellent. From the first meeting I was confident in their ability to sell my property, market it well and give a professional and personal service throughout. When I wanted to sell my house, I made enquiries with several agents. Wisdom estates was the first one to respond, immediately: which was my luck! As from day 1, They provided a seamless service. They were able to sell my house to the right buyer, within 2 weeks and kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. Selling your house can be a very frustrating experience, but wisdom estates made the whole process stress free. My calls were always answered and if not would be returning within the hour. Our only misfortune was a solicitor who was very slow, but with the expertise of wisdom estates, we were able to complete on the planned date. I have no doubt that Wisdom Estates are the estate agents everyone should use if they want the best price for their property, constant support and updates through the entire process and someone there to push everyone involved in order to exchange and complete with as little stress as possible. I honestly cannot recommend Wisdom Estates enough. From the moment I first met Rob for the valuation, he was extremely helpful, honest and encouraging that they will help every step of the way and they did not disappoint. They sold my property so quickly and pain free at a price i was extremely happy with. Matt made contact every week to provide us with an update of the chain and solictors progress and to reassure me everything was progressing the way it should. House buying and selling is stressful but I couldn't imagine doing it without these two amazing guys.
