I was introduced to Mel by a friend of mine to help me obtain my first mortgage for a family home from my late mother’s inheritance. Mel was outstanding from our very first phone call through to the day we completed on our house even to the point of messaging me on the day to wish us luck and hope everything goes well for us. Both myself and partner Nicola found Mel to be outstanding professional and extremely excellent at her job, nothing was too much trouble and what we didn’t understand Mel broke down into leymans terms so we could understand everything we were doing. Mel also sorted out wills for us both which now means that our children are protected and advised us on different insurance policies to obtain, again which we did with her help.
