Fantastic service from start to finish, Chelsea and the team were professional and compassionate, emails replied to quickly, queries answered and all of wishes met, most importantly our beautiful mum was treated with total dignity and care.

They contacted me often to check on me, made sure everything to do with my granddad's funeral was perfect for what he would have wanted and what I wanted there to finally say goodbye and have been wonderful holding his ashes while I try sorting out arrangements to have someone pick them up as I live so far away. I have not a single complaint or thing I'd wish to have been done differently.
