There may be a lot of negative reviews - some of the customers could be just 'Karen'! Since I was scruffy and looked poor, no refreshment was offered whilst other customers got them. I made purchase anyway - Paul was reasonably helpful. Some may have rated this 4 stars but either way they are okay.

Went in on Bank Holiday after seeing a few sofas online. They didn’t have the exact site I was looking for but Gareth pointed me in the direction of a very similar one. This turned out not to be the one for me but after having a very friendly chat with the Gareth I soon found the perfect one! If you’re thinking of going I’d highly recommend hunting down Gareth because he’s approach to the whole process is so far from your typical pushy ‘salesman’ Can’t fault his friendliness and easy going attitude towards the sale. On top of that the prices/quality of products were outstanding!

Went in to buy a sofa and Andy was so so helpful. He wasn't pushy or forceful at all, he was very attentive and professional. Thank you so much for all the help Andy.

Popped in to buy new carpet for most of the house, was greeted by sales assistant Josh who was very knowledgeable about the products and assisted us professionally with our requirements. The best service we've had in retail for a very long time! We haven't got the carpet yet, but this is just a review of the great service we received.
