Terrible service. I got messed around for two days when the door was meant to be fitted by Chris with excuses such as, "my engineers van had its brake lines cut, my engineers working on a disabled persons door". Had to cancel my door being replaced in the end as I felt I was being made a fool of. No phone calls to explain people were running late/not going to turn up. Pathetic customer service. Avoid like the plague.

As the garage doors were going to be a considerable expenses I opted to have a “professional” company measure up the doors instead of going for cheaper internet company selling the same product. The sales man turned up and had three jobs, measure doors, confirm what side the motors needed to be on and agree the colours. Sounds simple enough. After paying £4600 for two doors the big day arrived. Within a few minutes of the installers unpacking the doors they said “he’s got the measurements wrong” and then informed me how the doors should have been measured. Very upset because we had discussed having the doors made wider to accommodate the steel frame. I now have ugly brackets on the outside of the frames in order to make the doors fit. Fail one!. The doors were installed with the brackets then only to find that the motor on one door was on the wrong side! Yes the sockets were installed when the survey was carried out. Fail two! I asked to have the hoods the same colour as the doors however the sales man informed me in writing that the hoods only came in white or brown. After speaking to the door manufacture direct they informed me I could have them in any colour I wanted (at a cost). Fail three. I emailed Access Head Office who said they would pass my email to the branch, a number of weeks later still no response. In short incompetence at the highest level with no customer care / satisfaction ethics. Steer well clear. 14 Dec in response to the response from Access Below Thank you for responding Access if a little misguided. Firstly, the doors were always going to be face fixed with me drilling and tapping the holes. Happy to provide the email chain with these details. The brackets that we had to install are drilled and tapped into the same steels! Secondly I did not agree that they would be on the centre column, as already stated electric spurs were already installed. With regards to colouring, I am happy to provide you with the email chain stating brown or white with no mention of a supplement fee for a different colour. Lastly email was sent to head office AFTER the final payment and maybe if you (the Sidcup branch) had even acknowledge this it would have gone some way. Happy to discuss and happy to forward email chains.

Organised a visit to replace existing manual up and over garage door with an electric door. Representative recommended fitting a motor unit to the existing perfectly suitable door rather than replace with a roller shutter type. To be honest we preferred this as not a fan of the industrial looking roller type & the bonus of saving c.£1,500. Fitting was quick and we are very pleased with the quiet and smooth running mechanism. Both rep and fitter were friendly and very helpful, would have no hesitation in using them again.

We had the best experience with "This company" I had broken springs on easter day ‍ so I dig into some companies but this one was honestly the best responding and the price was also the best, garage door guy came in an hour after contacting, me and were effective, efficient, and did an amazing job!!! I totally recommend it this company is also honest and trustworthy

Varied experience. Original sale was competent, installation was quick and efficient, but aftersales care has not been good. We have had to call them out three times as the electric garage door never worked properly since fitting and would not close reliably. The most recent call-out was just outside of our 12 month warranty and we had to pay nearly £200 for call-out and repair costs. The company failed to observe that the door had never worked properly and that there was an ongoing fault that they had never resolved. We feel very let down by having to pay fees for changing modules and work that should have comprehensively addressed during our warranty, given the ongoing issues. It appears that they just put a sticking plaster over issues under warranty (at their cost) so that they could charge us more for work that they knew would be needed when our warranty expired. I will not buy from them again.
